I earth and ground myself daily doing this, and I have placed some plumbing conductive duct tape between the metal pole of my bed leg and the ceramic tiles on my floor. I then tested this with Kinesiology to see if it worked to ground and earth me while I sleep, and it does. However, I would not have done that had I not had a Geoclense Negative Ion Generator plugged in at all times.
